高效液相色谱法测定天麻醒脑片中天麻素的含量

Determination of gastrodin in Tianmaxingnao tablet by HPLC

目的建立天麻醒脑片的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,对天麻醒脑片有效成分天麻素进行含量测定。色谱柱:DiamonsilTM C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(1∶2∶97),检测波长:220nm。结果平均回收率98.95%,RSD=1.29%。结论本方法简便、快捷、重现性好,可以作为天麻醒脑片的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish a method for exterminating gastrodin in Tianmaxingnao tablet.Methods The contents were determined by HPLC,DiamonsilTM C18（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used,the ACN-MeOH-0.1% H3PO4（1∶2∶97）was used as mobile phase,and detective wave was 220 nm.Results The average recovery was 98.95%,RSD was 1.29%.Conclusion The method is simple and rapid,and the result is reproducible,it can be used as a quality control method.
