穴位注射法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎随机对照研究被引量：14

摘要目的观察穴位注射对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法将60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为2组,每组30例。治疗组采用丹参注射液配合腺苷钴胺注射液进行穴位注射治疗,对照组采用曲安奈德注射液局部封闭治疗,对2组的治疗效果进行比较,同时观察对股四头肌肌力恢复的影响。结果 2种方法均可改善症状,治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组为76.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且2组股四头肌肌力的恢复比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论穴位注射治疗本病疗效优于局部封闭治疗,而且能促进股四头肌肌力的恢复。
