CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道系统是新型铁路高科技工程,应用于石家庄至武汉客运专线轨道交通工程,而无砟轨道板预制是该系统中的核心技术之一。在石武客运专线63.4 km范围内的轨道板预制中,由于严格按规定的主要工序及质量控制进行生产,从而使轨道板的规格和质量都达到了设计要求,并形成规模较大、质量稳定、工厂化生产的标准作业线。

CRTSII type slab ballastless track system is the new railway hi-tech project,applicable for track traffic engineering of Shijiazhuang-Wuhan Passenger Dedicated Line,while ballastless track slab precast is one of the core technologies of this system.In track slab precast of 63.4 km of Shijiazhuang-Wuhan Passenger Dedicated Line,slabs are produced strictly according to the specified procedures and quality control,so the specification and quality of track slab meet design requirement,and standard operating line is formed with extensive scale,stable quality and industrialized production.
