摘要
U形管板可视为受压力侧向作用且受管孔开孔削弱的圆平板,此圆平板的应力可分解为简支圆平板和周边受均匀力矩作用的圆平板两部分,文章在对这两部分应力的分布规律进行较详细讨论的基础上,提出了四种U形管板强度的建议计算方法。
U-tube tubesheets may be considered as circular plates weakened by tube holes subject to lat- eral pressure.The stress of this type of circular plate can be divided into two parts,stress of simply supported circular plate and stress of circular plate subject to peripheral uniformly distributed moment. These two parts of stress are discussed in detail in this article,and strength calculation methods for four types of U-tube tubesheets are presented.
