摘要
急冷油循环是乙烯装置中非常关键的系统,由于操作温度高、管径大、粘度大等特点,此处的配管有一些与其他装置不同的特点。笔者将以某1Mt/a乙烯装置为例,就急冷油系统的配管和布置特点展开讨论。
Quench oil cycle is a very important system in ethylene plant.Because of high operating temperature,large pipe diameter and high viscosity,its piping design is quite different from that of other units. This article takes a 1.OMt/a ethylene plant as an example to discuss the piping and layout features of quench oil system.
