摘要
介绍了一种处于研究阶段的新型高性能少齿差行星齿轮传动件——滤波减速器;分析了影响空程误差的主要因素,应用概率统计的方法推导了一对圆柱齿轮副空程回差的数学计算式,并对滤波减速器空程回差进行了计算;对样机进行了计算和测试,并通过计算与实验结果的比较验证了齿轮传动空程回差计算式的正确性;对滤波减速器空程回差的相关影响因素进行了分析,并提出了一些改进措施。
A new type of high-performance fewer teeth difference planetary driving part called filtering gear reducer is briefly introduced.The main factors of effecting the idle stroke error are analyzed,and the formula of return difference is derived towards a pair of cylindrical gear pair,and then the return difference of filtering gear reducer is calculated with the method of probability statistics.The calculation and test of prototype is carried out and the correctness of the formula for gear transmission return difference is verified by comparing calculation result with experiment result.The correlation factor influencing on idle stroke error of filtering gear reducer is analyzed,and some improvement methods are proposed.
