摘要
介绍了一种基于多体动力学仿真软件RecurDyn与有限元分析软件Marc的链轮静强度联合仿真方法。为了校核在正常运行过程中某链传动系统链轮组件的静强度,利用RecurDyn计算得到链轮轮齿上所受的力载荷,并将其用于链轮组件静强度的有限元分析。通过算例验证了这种方法的有效性。
A method of static strength of sprocket simulation analysis based on multi-body dynamics simulation software RecurDyn and finite element analysis software Marc is introduced.RecurDyn is used for calculating the force acting on the sprocket teeth,in order to analyze static strength of the sprocket components in the chain drive system at normal run time.The force calculating by RecurDyn is used for finite element analysis of the sprocket components.An example is applied to prove the feasibility of this method.
