摘要
利用SolidWoks软件建立齿轮传动系统实体模型,导入ANSYS软件进而完成齿轮传动系统三维有限元模型的建立。综合考虑了刚度激励、误差激励的耦合作用,采用ANSYS软件的瞬态响应模块的Full法对齿轮传动系统进行了动态响应分析。得出了齿轮传动系统在耦合激励作用下的响应曲线。为下一阶段的齿轮箱系统动态响应分析奠定了基础,也为齿轮箱故障诊断提供了一定的理论和技术支撑。
Using Solidworks,a solid model of the gear transmission system is founded.Then the finite element model is completed by introducing it into the ANSYS software.The stiffness excitation and the error excitation are synthetically considered.Using the Full method of the ANSYS software,the dynamic response analysis of the gear transmission system is carried out and the curves of dynamic response analysis are achieved.The theory basis to the dynamic response and theory support for the fault diagnosis of the gearbox system are provided.
