右胸小切口外科治疗先天性房室缺21例

Right Chest Small Margin Surgical Treatment for 21 Cases Congenitalness Auriculo-ventricular Deficence

目的:探讨右胸小切口术式与传统正中开胸术式优缺点比较。方法:采用右胸小切口治疗先心病患者,其中房缺6例,室缺15例。结果:与传统正中开胸术式对比,右胸小切口具有切口隐蔽美观、出血少、恢复快、费用少等特点。结论:有适应征患儿可以采用右胸小切口术式。

Objective： To compare the advantages and disadvantages of right thoracic small inci sion surgery with conventional thoracotomy surgical center. Method： With right chest incision for congenital heart disease, of which 6 cases of atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect in 15 cases. Result： Median thoracotomy compared with traditional--style, right chest incision with the incision hidden beauty, less bleeding, faster recovery, less fees, etc. Conclusion： The patients with related symptoms should undergo such incision.
