先天性冠状动脉瘘临床诊治体会
摘要
先天性冠状动脉瘘患者出现的心绞痛、晕厥、充血性心衰和心肌梗死等症状是由于血液绕过心肌毛细血管网而分流进入心腔或其它结构而造成的。这些血管畸形造成的病理生理改变还可能导致严重的病死率。
