牙槽嵴种植牵张器-骨三维有限元模型的构建

摘要 目的通过CAD零件造型和有限元分析软件结合的方法完成牙槽嵴种植牵张器-骨复合体有限元模型的快速构建。方法利用CAD软件建立牙槽嵴和牵张器模型,完成零件装配后导入有限元分析软件生成牵张器-骨复合体有限元模型。结果获得质量良好,无干涉的牵张器-骨复合体有限元模型。结论通过CAD和FEA软件的结合,可以建立外形逼真,网格适当,图像还原好,能够从力学上代表实物的牙槽嵴种植牵张器骨复合体有限元模型。 Objective To conotruct bone-implantal distractor complex finite element model rapidly using CAD and finite element analysis software.Methods Alveolar ridge and implantal distractor models were constructed by CAD software.After the models were assembled,all the models were imported into finite element analysis software and converted to 3D finite element models.Result Bone-implantal disrtractor complex model with good quality and no interference was obtained.Conclusion With the integration of CAD and FEA software,complex model with distinctly shape and mechanical representation could be constructed.
