盆腔子宫内膜异位症手术辅以药物治疗64例分析

Pelvic endometriosis surgery aided by drugs in the treatment of 64 cases

目的探讨盆腔子宫内膜异位症的临床特点以及手术辅以药物治疗疗效。方法选择我院2005年1月~2009年5月收治的64例患者。结合临床症状以及术中探查情况,采取不同手术方式,术后并给予药物治疗,分析治疗效果。结果 1年后的随访发现64例患者中完全缓解率为67.2%,部分缓解率为29.7%,复发率仅为4.7%。结论根据不同临床特点采取相应手术,术后辅以药物治疗是当前治疗盆腔子宫内膜异位症比较合理的方法 。

Objective To explore the clinical features of pelvic endometriosis and therapeutic effect of surgery aided by drugs.Methods 64 cases were chosen from the patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2005 to May 2009.Different operational means were adopted according to their clinical symptoms and intra-operative probe.Drugs were administrated after operation and therapeutic effects were analyzed.Results Follow-up one year later revealed that out of the 64 cases the total and the partial remission rates were 67.2% and 29.7% respectively while the recurrence rate only accounted for 4.7%.Conclusion Appropriate surgical means according to different clinical features coupled with proper drugs is the rational method in the current treatment of pelvic endometriosis.
