非脱垂阴式子宫切除术52例临床体会

Clinical experience of 52 cases of non-prolapsed uterus vaginal surgery

目的探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道子宫全切除术的临床实用价值。方法对52例良性病变的非脱垂子宫患者行阴式子宫切除术,其中8例同时行陈旧性会阴裂伤修补术,3例合并卵巢囊肿,直径4~6 cm,行囊肿切除。子宫大小如孕6~12周。结果 52例患者顺利完成手术,无中转开腹,无膀胱、直肠、输尿管损伤,均痊愈出院。术后3个月随访,无远期并发症发生。结论非脱垂子宫阴式切除术具有损伤小,恢复快,住院时间短,费用低,腹壁不留疤痕等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of the transvaginal hysterectomy in non-prolapsed uterus.Methods Vaginal hysterectomy was undergone on 52 cases of benign non-prolapsed uterus,of which 8 cases underwent repair of old perineal laceration at the same time;3 cases underwent ovarian cystectomy,with the diameter of cysts 4~6cm.The size of uterus was like that of 6 to 12 weeks pregnantcy.Results 52 surgery completed successfully,with no case of converted laparotomy,no bladder,rectum or ureter injury.All the patients recovered and were discharged from hospital.After 3 months follow-up,there was no long-term complications.Conclusion Non-prolapsed uterus vaginal surgery has the advantages of minimal trauma,less mean healing time after operation,short hospitalization and low cost.There is no scar left on the abdominal wall.So it is worth promoting clinically.
