福建省荔枝发展现状与对策

The Study on Actuality and Countermeasures of Litchi Industry Development in Fujian Province

通过多年的试验、实地考察、市场调查、文献查阅等形式,调研了福建省荔枝产业发展现状、存在主要问题;介绍近期开展工作;从加强地方资源收集利用、优化品种布局、加快技术创新推广、完善鲜果冷链贮运、创建优势品牌、发展精深加工、开发荔枝产业文化等7个方面提出了福建荔枝产业发展对策,以期能为福建荔枝产业的发展提供有益的借鉴。

In this paper actuality and existing problems of litchi industry development in Fujian were investigated after many experiments,field survey,market investigation and literature consulting for years. The recent works were also introduced. In the end,the countermeasures of litchi industry development in Fujian were proposed from 7 aspects,including local resources collecting and utilizing,varieties distribution optimizing,technological innovation accelerating,fresh fruit cold-chain storage and transportation improving,preponderant brand creating and litchi industry development,in order to offer beneficial reference for Fujian litchi industry development.
