两种虫生真菌对棉铃虫的致病力试验

Pathogenicity Test of Two Entomogenous Fungi to Helicoverpa armigera

以两种虫生真菌对棉铃虫进行了室内毒力测定,结果表明:球孢白僵菌种以浓度较低的5S031处理对棉铃虫的校正死亡率和僵虫率最高,分别达到82.7%和71.7%,并和其他处理之间差异显著;金龟子绿僵菌的三个处理均比白僵菌的校正死亡率和僵虫率低。

Two entomogenous fungi to Helicoverpa armigera were bioassay. Results showed that the corrected mortality and the cadaver of the Beauveria bassiana to the lower concentration 5S03 1 treatment on the Helicoverpa armigera are highest,reached 82.7% and 71.7%,and other significant difference between the treatments; the corrected mortality and rate of cadaver of the three Metarhizium anisopliae are lower than the one of Beauveria bassiana treatment.
