农业特色经济带动农村就业的有效途径

The Characteristic Agricultural Economy-an Effective Way to Stimulate Rural Employment

随着经济的不断发展,中国也更加注重了对农村的建设,把"三农"问题看作是中国发展的基本问题。以农村就业为基本出发点,围绕中国农村特色经济,发展农业特色经济促进农村就业,提出农业特色经济的农村就业战略3个方面进行分析讨论。通过发展农业特色经济可以在减少农村剩余劳动力,发展更多就业途径和岗位2个方面促进农村的就业。中国有着丰富的农业资源有着发展特色农业经济的良好条件,对这些条件加以利用再配合相关的政策的支持能使农业经济得到很好地发展、农村就业将得到很好的解决。

With the continuous economic development,China is also more emphasis on rural construction,the ＇ three rural ＇ issue as a development of our country＇s basic problems. In this paper,the basic starting point of rural employment,rural economy with local characteristics around the development of agricultural economy with local characteristics to promote rural employment and development of agricultural economy with local characteristics to promote rural employment. This paper proposed agricultural rural employment strategy for the economic analysis of the three aspects. The well developed agricultural economy,rural employment will be a good solution
