摘要
目的探讨支原体(MP)肺炎病儿血清免疫球蛋白和补体成分含量变化及其在MP肺炎发病机制中的意义。方法选择68例MP肺炎病儿为研究对象,分别检测其急性期和恢复期外周血血清IgG、IgA、IgM和C3、C4水平,以45例健康儿童作为对照。结果 MP肺炎病儿急性期和恢复期血清IgG、IgM水平均显著高于对照组,恢复期血清IgG、IgM和IgA水平均显著高于急性期(F=22.21~55.304,q=4.908~14.785,P<0.01),而急性期血清IgA水平与对照组间比较差异无显著性(q=0.369,P>0.05)。MP肺炎病儿急性期和恢复期血清C3、C4水平均显著高于对照组(F=8.95、10.82,q=3.774~6.710,P<0.01),急性期血清C4水平也明显高于恢复期(q=3.289,P<0.05)。结论 MP肺炎病儿体液免疫应答增强,在其发病机制中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum immunoglobulin and complement component in children with mycoplasmal pneumonia (MP) and their role in pathogenesy of this disease. Methods Sixty-eight MP kids were enrolled in this study, their serum IgG, IgA, IgM and C3, C4 in peripheral blood detected at acute stage and recovery stage, and 45 healthy kids served as the control. Results The levels of IgG, IgM in sick kids at both acute stage and recovery stage were dramatically high er than that in the controls, and the levels of IgG, IgM and IgA at recovery stage were higher than that at acute stage (F=22.21-55. 304, q= 4. 908-14. 785, P〈0.01), while the difference of the serum lgA in those between acute stage and the controls was not significant (q=0. 369, P〉0.05). The levels of C3 and C4 of sick children at acute and recovery were significantly higher than the healthy controls (F=8.95,10.82;q=3. 774-6. 710;P〈0.01), and serum C4 at acute stage was also higher than that at recovery (q=3. 289,P〈0. 05). Conclusion The response of humoral immune in MP enhances, which plays an important role in the pathogenesis of this condition.
