青岛市市南区2505名小学生第一恒磨牙横断面调查分析

SURVEY AND ANALYSIS OF CROSS-SECTION OF SIXTH-YEAR MOLARS IN 2505 PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE SOUTH DISTRICT OF QINGDAO CITY

目的了解青岛市市南区2505名小学生第一恒磨牙萌出、龋坏、窝沟封闭等的现状。方法随机选取青岛市市南区两所小学合计2505名小学生,制定统一查体标准,调查第一恒磨牙萌出、龋坏、窝沟封闭等资料。结果第一恒磨牙患龋率在7～12岁阶段随年龄增长而增高,女性较男性高,下颌较上颌高,差异均有显著意义(χ2=3.96～7.51,P<0.05);同颌左右比较差异无显著性。第一恒磨牙8岁组萌出率为82.9%;窝沟封闭率随年龄增长有先增后降的变化规律。结论了解小学生第一恒磨牙的现况对临床预防和治疗第一恒磨牙龋坏有一定的指导意义。

Objective To observe the condition of tooth eruption, dental caries and pit and fissure sealant of sixth-year molars in 2 505 primary school students in the South District of Qingdao city. Methods Two primary schools, a total of 2 505 students, in the south district of Qingdao were randomly selected and surveyed. A unified standard was formulated for the examina- tion of eruption of sixth-year molars, dental caries and pit and fissure sealant. Results The rate of dental caries of sixth-year molars increased with the age during 7--12 years old; more in girls than in boys; more in lower jaw than in upper jaw, the differences being significant （X^2= 3.96-7.51 ,P〈0. 05）, no significant difference was noted between the right and left side of the same jaw. The tooth eruption rate of 8-year-old group was 82.9% pit and fissure blockage rate increased first and then decreased along with age. Conclusion Understanding of current situation of sixth-year molars in primary school students is of definite significance in prevention and treatment of dental caries of the molar teeth.
