摘要
自循环式薄膜蒸发器是制造高浓度碱系统中的重要设备,其性能对产品的质量有重要影响。利用软件对蒸发器内流体的二维两相流场进行数值模拟,湍流模型采用双方程湍流模型,气液两相流模型运用了模型中的几何重建方案,选择算法进行计算,分析蒸发器内流体流动的速度场、压力场和温度场的分布情况,同时分析比较了料液在蒸发器内所占的体积百分比的变化对蒸发器内流体流动状态的影响。模拟结果对自循环式薄膜蒸发器的运行具有一定的理论指导意义。
Self circulation thin-film evaporator is an important equipment in high concentration of soda production system and its performance is of important quality of soda.In the study the RNG two-equation turbulence model and Geo-construction of VOF model are used to simulate the 2-D two-phase flow in the self circulation thin-film evaporator by using Fluent 6.2 package and PISO algorithm calculation method.Velocity field,pressure field and temperature field in evaporator are analyzed,meanwhile,the impact of the percentage share of volume variations of soda liquid on the fluid flowing states are also analyzed and compared.Simulation results are helpful in operation of the self-circulating thinfilm evaporators in soda production system.
