摘要
构造标准权矩阵,确定灰色聚类指标的权重,对评价对象进行灰色聚类,得到评估对象的评价等级。通过黄河(兰州段)水环境质量评价实证,可看出定权灰色聚类在水环境质量综合评价中充分考虑了指标间差异性,较为充分地考虑了水环境综合功能和主要指标的环境容量情况,更为客观地评价水环境整体质量现状。
The standard weight matrix is constructed to determine the weight of gray clustering index,conduct the gray object clustering and to get the assessment hierarchy of the evaluated object.Through water environmental quality assessment evidence on the Yellow River(Lanzhou reach),the right set of gray clustering comprehensive evaluation of water quality of the environment fully takes into account the differences among the indicators,the comprehensive functions of water environment and the environmental capacity of the key indicators and more objectively conducts evaluation on the overall quality status of water environment.
