复方泽漆冲剂对进行期寻常型银屑病患者生活质量的影响

Effects of Compound Zeqi Granules on Life Quality in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris in Active Stage

目的观察复方泽漆冲剂对进行期寻常型银屑病患者生活质量的影响。方法将52例进行期寻常型银屑病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别于治疗前、治疗3个月后用皮肤科日常生活质量指数(derma-tology life quality index,DLQI)、银屑病皮损面积与严重程度指数(psoriasis area and severity index,PSAI)进行评价。结果治疗3个月后两组患者DLQI和PASI评分均显著改善(P<0.01);治疗组患者"瘙痒疼痛"、"衣物"及"学习工作"改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05,或P<0.01)。结论复方泽漆冲剂能够改善进行期寻常型银屑病患者的皮肤损害症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective To observe the effects of compound Zeqi Granules,a traditional Chinese medicine prescription for clearing heat,detoxicating,cooling blood,and activating blood circulation,on life quality in patients with psoriasis vulgaris in active stage.Methods Fifty-two patients with psoriasis vulgaris in active stage were randomized into control group and treatment group.Before treatment and 3 months after treatment,the therapeutic effects were evaluated using dermatology life quality index（DLQI） and psoriasis area and severity index（PASI）.Results Three months after treatment,the values of DLQI and PASI of both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment（P〈0.01）.The treatment group was superior to control group in improving ＂pruritus and pain＂,＂clothing＂ and ＂studying and working＂（P〈0.05,or P〈0.01）.Conclusion Compound Zeqi Granules can alleviate skin lesions and improve life quality in patients with psoriasis vulgaris in active stage.
