摘要
目的建立八宝五胆药墨中麝香酮的含量测定方法。方法用气相色谱仪,采用DM-17(50%苯基和50%甲基聚硅氧烷)毛细管色谱柱,0.32 mm×30 m,液膜厚度为0.25μm;柱温110℃,保持2 min;以10℃/min的速度升温至200℃,保持5 min;以20℃/min的速度升温至250℃,保持5 min。以氮气为载气,流速为2 ml/min;FID检测器。结果麝香酮在8.424~210.600μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,r>0.999;平均回收率为99.57%。结论本方法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,结果准确,适合于八宝五胆药墨中麝香酮的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determining the contents of muscone in Babao Wudan Medicinal Inks,a traditional Chinese prescription mainly composed of musk,bornel and bear gall.Methods DM-17 capillary column(0.32 mm×30 m×0.25 μm,coated with 50% phenyl and 50% methylpolysiloxane) was adopted,and the carrier gas was nitrogen with 2 ml/min of flow rate.The initial column temperature was kept at 110 ℃ for 2 min,then raised to 200 ℃ and kept for 5 min at the rate of 10 ℃/min,then raised to 250 ℃ and kept for 5 min at the rate of 20 ℃/min.The hydrogen flame ionization detector was employed.Results Muscone showed a good linear relationship within the range of 8.424 to 210.600 μg/L,with r〉0.999,and the recovery being 99.57%.Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of muscone in Babao Wudan Medicinal Inks because of its simplicity,high sensitivity,good reproducibility,and accuracy.
