磁悬浮轴承-转子系统的理论与试验模态分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过对磁悬浮轴承-转子系统的模态分析,可为系统的振动特性分析以及结构动力特性的优化设计提供依据。在NASTRAN中建立了相应的磁悬浮轴承-转子系统三维有限元模型,计算前4阶固有频率、振型和临界转速,用锤击法对磁悬浮轴承-转子系统进行试验模态分析。结果表明,其分析结果与试验模态分析结果基本一致,NASTRAN对磁悬浮轴承-转子系统的动态仿真对系统设计有一定的指导意义。 Modal analysis determines the vibration characteristics(natural frequencies and mode shapes) of a machine component.It can also serve as a starting point for another,more detailed,dynamic analysis.The natural frequencies and mode shapes are important parameters in the design of a structure for dynamic loading conditions.Based on NASTRAN software,a three-dimensional finite element mode of one active magnetic bearing rotor system was built up.Then the first four sets of natural frequencies and mode shapes were calculated by NASTRAN software.Moreover,based on hammer excitation method,experimental modal analysis of the active magnetic bearing-rotor was described.Analysis showed that the results obtained by theoretical and experimental modal analysis were nearly the same.
