摘要
自动离合器(ACS)可以安装在各种手动挡汽车上,特别适用于拥挤堵塞的城市路况。电机驱动式自动离合器通过控制器控制电机旋转,电机驱动执行机构使其自动按照离合器的分离与接合规律进行动作。通过分析自动离合器执行机构的原理和结构,完成了基于BTS7960的H桥驱动的电机调速系统的硬件电路设计和PID控制算法的实现,实验验证了调速系统的合理性。
Automatic clutch(ACS) of electronic control can be installed in all kinds of manual transmission car to liberate driver′s left foot and to be far from trouble in matching of the clutch and the gas.It fits for city road condition full of traffic jams.The motor-driven automatic clutch controls motor rotation by the controller,and the motor drives the executive mechanism.Thus the system realizes automation of start and shift instead of manual control on the clutch pedal.In this article,the principle and structure of automatic clutch′s execution system was introduced and the circuit of hardware was designed and was used to control speed based on BTS7960 and H bridge driving circuit.The program of PID control algorithm used in speed regulator of the system was also designed.The reasonability of the system was inspected and verified by experiments.
