超声波辅助法提取大果龙葵色素的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 以大果龙葵浆果为试材,采用超声波辅助提取法对大果龙葵色素进行提取,并对其工艺进行优化。结果表明:大果龙葵红色素的最大吸收波长为535 nm;最佳提取工艺为50%乙醇,提取温度50℃,1∶15的料液比,时间60 min,提取3次。 The berries from Solanum nigrum L.were studied as the test materials.Pigment has been extracted by ultrasonic extraction method from Solanum nigrum L.and the technological parameters were optimized.The results showed that the maximum absorbent wavelength of red pigment from Solanum nigrum L.was 535 nm.The optimum extracting conditions was showed as following:extracting solvent was 50%ethanol.extracting temperature was 50℃,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶15,extracting time was 1 h and extracting thrice.
