四川乡村景观灾后重建规划的社区参与机制及保障措施探析

Study on Participation Mechanism and Support Measure of Community in Reconstruction Planning of Rural Landscape after Earthquake in Sichuan

在分析"5.12"大地震灾后四川乡村生态旅游景观规划特殊性的基础上,认为重塑四川乡村景观必须加强社区参与机制,并分析了社区参与机制的重要性和必要性以及具体的方式,提出4个方面的措施以保障乡村生态旅游景观规划在实施过程中顺利有效地完成。

Community participation was essential to reconstruct rural landscape in Sichuan,which is proposed in this paper underlying with analyzing the special characteristics of rural eco-tourism landscape planning after the ＂5·12＂ earthquake disaster in Sichuan.In addition,importance and necessity of community participation mechanism was analysed to be proposed four measures in details to support undergoing planning of rural eco-tourism.
