摘要 FREEDM是美国北卡大学FREEDM工程研究中心提出的一个全新智能微网模型。该文将FREEDM的先进理念引入国内,对FREEDM中的核心设备——固态变压器(SST)的基本原理、拓扑结构和控制策略进行了研究,在第一代单相SST的基础上建立了一个适合我国电力系统电压等级的三相SST模型,并使用SIMULINK软件进行了仿真,验证了设计方案的有效性,为FREEDM中国化奠定了基础。 FREEDM is a brand-new smart micro-grid established by the FREEDM System Center on NC State University. This article introduces the advanced concept of FREEDM to our country. SST is the key equipment of FREEDM. In this paper,the basic principle,topology and control method of SST are researched. Based on the first generation single phase SST,a three phase SST model suitable for the rated parameters of power system in our country is constructed and simulated using SIMULINK. The simulation waveform verifies the correctness of the model and lays a foundation for the Chinese version of FREEDM.
