复方连翘皮康乳膏中醋酸地塞米松的含量测定

Determination of Dexamethasone Acetonide in Transermal Release Solution of Compound Lianqiaopikang Ointment

目的建立复方连翘皮康乳膏中醋酸地塞米松的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以ZORBAXSB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为固定相,乙腈-水(52:48)为流动相,在240nm处测定样品含量。结果醋酸地塞米松进样量在50～800ng范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为101.32%,RSD=2.01%。结论该方法测定制剂中醋酸地塞米松含量操作简便、快速,结果准确,适用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine dexamethasone acetonide in compound lianqiaopikang ointment.Methods Contents were determined by using a ZORBAX SB-C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）as the fixed phase,a mixture of acetonitrile and purified water（52：48）as a mobile phase,and detecting at 240 nm wavelength.Results The linear range of dexamethasone acetonide was 50-800 ng.The average recovery was 101.32% and RSD was 2.01%.Conclusion This method of determination of dexamethasone acetonide in compound lianqiaopikang ointment is rapid,simple and accurate,which fitting for quality control.
