残疾人参加高等教育自学考试的问题与对策分析

An analysis on the problems of self-study higher education examination for people with disabilities and the countermeasures

自学考试是我国高等教育的基本制度和重要教育形式,是我国改革开放以来高等教育制度的一项重要创新。目前,我国残疾人参加自学考试的情况不容乐观,但其实残疾人比健全人更需要高等教育自学考试。为此,文章从残疾人经济能力、自学考试学历和自学考试设置三个方面探讨了目前残疾人参加自学考试所面临的问题,并提出了相关的对策和建议。

Self-study education has been a basic system and an important way for people to be educated as a college student in China,it is an important innovation in higher education system since the reform.Nowadays,the situation for people with disabilities is not optimistic.In fact,they need this education more compared with normal people.This paper explores the problems from economic capacity,educational background and examination setting for them and presents some relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
