The construction and practice of teaching quality monitoring system in newly-built undergraduate universities

提高教学质量是高等学校永恒的主题,新建本科院校由于普遍存在办学历史较短和办学经验不足等特点,构建一套完整、规范的教学质量监控体系是保证其提高教学质量的重要手段。本文以长春大学构建和实施教学质量监控体系的实践为例,论述了新建本科院校构建教学质量监控体系的必要性、构建原则和具体实施措施,以期对高等教育教学质量监控与保障体系的研究提供有益参考。

The improvement of teaching quality is an eternal theme in universities.Due to the short history and the lack of experience in teaching management,newly-built universities must construct a comprehensive and normative monitoring system to guarantee their teaching quality.Taking the construction and practice of teaching quality monitoring system in Changchun University as an example,this paper discusses the significance,construction principles and practical measures of the system for newly-built undergraduate universities,hoping to provide helpful references for the study of teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system of higher education.
