对独立学院学生管理工作创新思维的思考

Some suggestions on innovative thinking for independent college students management work

独立学院是高等教育大众化进程的必然产物,在一定程度上缓和了人民群众对高等教育的需求和我国高等教育招生规模相对较小的矛盾,使更多的人接受高等教育的培养。但当前国际金融危机对我国就业的不利影响还没有消除,就业形势依然严峻,这给独立学院的各项工作带来了前所未有的挑战。本文主要从独立学院的学生特点和学生管理工作的现状出发,对独立学院学生管理工作的创新思维进行了理性思考。

Independent colleges are the inevitable products of higher education popularization.To a certain extent,it has alleviated the conflict between great demand of higher education from the mass and a smaller percentage of the enrollment,making more people have access to higher education.When the adverse effects of the current international finance crisis have not been eliminated,independent colleges face unprecedented challenges.This article mainly focuses on the characteristics of independent college students and the current situation of student management work,providing some rational suggestions on the innovative thinking for management work of independent college students.
