解毒活血中药对急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后HSP60及MMP-7表达的影响

Effect of Jieduhuoxue Decoction on HSP60 and MMP-7 in Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients after PCI

目的观察解毒活血中药对急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后热休克蛋白(HSP60)及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-7)表达的影响。方法将50例急性冠脉综合征PCI术后患者随机分为两组,对照组25例予西药常规治疗,治疗组25例在对照组治疗基础上加用活血解毒之四妙勇安汤;治疗前后检测血清HSP60及MMP-7水平。结果治疗组HSP60及MMP-7表达水平均较对照组显著降低,其临床疗效亦优于对照组。结论解毒活血中药能明显降低急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后血清HSP60及MMP-7表达水平,抑制PCI术后炎性反应。

Objective：To observe the Jieduhuoxue Decoction on HSP60 and MMP-7 in acute coronary syndrome patients after PCI.Methods：50 acute coronary syndrome patients after PCI were randomly divided into the treatment group（25 patients） and the control group（25 patients）.The control group was used with the routine western medicine.The treatment group was used with the Jieduhuoxue Decoction besides the control group therapy.The HSP60 and the MMP-7 were measured before and after the treatment.Results：The HSP60 and the MMP-7 of the treatment group were decreased more obviously than those of the control group.The effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion：Expressions including HSP60 and MMP-7 are lowered remarkably when used the Jieduhuoxue Decoction which could inhibit the inflammation reactions.
