三参扩冠汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

摘要 目的观察三参扩冠汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 121例患者随机分为两组,均予西医常规治疗,治疗组另予三参扩冠汤。结果治疗组症状改善优于对照组,其颈动脉内膜-中层厚度、同型半胱氨酶改善亦优于对照组。结论三参扩冠汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效满意。
