醒脑开窍针刺法配合推拿与功能训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床观察

Effect of Xingnaokaiqiao Acupuncture Method Combining with Message and Function Exercise on Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的观察醒脑开窍针刺法配合推拿与功能训练治疗脑卒中后遗偏瘫的临床疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(35例)。观察组给予醒脑开窍针刺法配合推拿与功能训练治疗;对照组给予单纯醒脑开窍针刺法治疗;两组患者均针对原发病给予常规治疗;2周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,前2个疗程每天治疗1次,第3个疗程隔天治疗1次。治疗前后,按神经功能缺损程度评分标准对脑卒中肢体偏瘫进行评定,以Barthel指数进行功能评价;观察两组患者的治愈率和总有效率。结果观察组治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组;观察组在肢体运动功能、日常生活能力等方面治疗后的改善亦优于对照组。结论醒脑开窍针刺法配合推拿与功能训练治疗脑卒中肢体偏瘫安全有效,临床治愈率和有效率优于单纯醒脑开窍针刺法。

Objective：To observe the effect of Xingnaokaiqiao Acupuncture method combining with massages and function exercise on hemiplegia after stroke.Methods：70 patients with were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 in each group.The observation group was treated with Xingnaokaiqiao Acupuncture method combining with massage and function exercise,while the control group was used Xingnaokaiqiao Acupuncture method only.After 3 treatment courses which were 2 weeks as 1 course,some indices were observed to evaluate the effects of 2 groups including the neurological deficit scores,the Barthel index,the curative rate and the total effective rate.In the previous 2 courses,the treatment was once a day.In the 3rd course,the therapy was once every two days.Results：The curative raten and the total effective rate of the observation group were higher significantly than those of the control group.In the observation group,some improvements of the extremity motor function and the daily living ability were superior to those in the control group.Conclusion：Xingnaokaiqiao Acupuncture method combining with massages and function exercise is effective and safe.The curative rate and the total effect rate from this therapy are superior to those of the Xingnaokaiqiao Acupuncture method only.
