With the rapid development of modernization,many high-rise buildings and all kinds of other buildings spring up like mushrooms.However,during the process of constructing various of buildings,a large number of construction scaffolds are need to complete the construction of buildings.Due to the improper use of a large number of construction scaffolds,uncountable scaffolds collapsed and resulted in numerous of accidents which caused lots of serious casualty and equipment damage and therefore led to immeasurable loss of people＇s lives and property.This article discusses cases of scaffold collapse and lessons we can learn from them;analyzes the mechanical reason of the collapse of scaffold,so that we can prevent the occurrence of similar accidents in the future.In the course of construction,we should highlight the concept of people-oriented spirit,guarantee the absolute safety of the lives.
