摘要
利用改性后的煤矸石吸附处理印染废水,分别考察了改性煤矸石粒径、投加量、振荡吸附时间对印染废水处理效果的影响。试验结果表明:在原水COD为3 298.8 mg/L,色度为1 100倍,投加4 g粒度为120目的改性煤矸石与50 mL废水反应5 min时,改性煤矸石对COD和色度的吸附去除率分别达到46.2%和83.7%,出水COD和色度分别为1 774.8 mg/L、180倍。该项研究为改性煤矸石作为水处理吸附剂在印染废水预处理中的应用提供了理论依据,同时也为印染废水的处理提供一种途径。
Investigation was made on the influence of the particle size and dosage of modified coal gangue and the adsorption time upon the treatment effect of the printing and dying wastewater by using modified coal gangue absorption.The test results indicated that the removal rates for COD in primary water and colourity could respectively reach 46.2% and 83.7% when COD was 3298.8 mg/L,the colourity was 1100 times and 4 g modified coal gangue of 120 mesh was reacted with 50 mL printing and dying wastewater for 5 min,and the effluent concentration of COD and colourity were respectively 1774.8 mg/L and 180times.This study provided theoretical basis for using modified coal gangue as the absorbent for printing and dying wastewater treatment and also provided a new way for printing and dying wastewater treatment.
