Reliability Assessment of Generation Systems Containing Wind Farm

摘要 风力发电对发电系统可靠性具有一定贡献,正确地估算包含风电场的发电系统可靠性有助于更好地规划电源结构。传统的单一风速模型忽略了风速与负荷之间的相关性,会给计算结果带来较大的误差。本文提出了风速的分时段估计模型,即按照风速的时间特性分别估计各个时段风速模型的参数,给出了基于此模型的包含风电场的发电系统可靠性计算的一般方法,并分析了单一风速模型与分时段风速模型之间计算结果差异产生的原因,以及风速与负荷之间的相关性对可靠性计算结果的影响。最后通过一个具体的算例说明了分析的正确性。 It is important to develop an appropriate method to estimate the reliability contribution of adding wind farm to the generation systems. However,the single wind model neglects the correlation between the wind and the load,and therefore results in great error.This paper proposes a general method to calculate the reliability of the generation system containing wind farm based on the sub-period wind model,that is,the parameters of each sub-period is calculated according to its time characteristics.Also,the reason for the difference between the single wind model and the sub-period wind model is given,together with the effect of the correlation between the wind and the load on the reliability calculation.Finally,an example is given to verify the correctness of the analysis.
