摘要
为了保证高压SF6开关设备铝铸造壳体的气密性合格率并减少检漏成本,通过对现行五种高压SF6开关设备铝铸造壳体检漏方法对比分析,提出了一种系统的高压SF6开关设备铝铸造壳体气密性的检测方法。这种系统的检测方法合理地利用了铝铸造供应商和高压开关厂的资源优势,提高了检测的效率及经济性。
In order to ensure qualification rate of gas tightness for aluminum casting enclosure of SF6 high voltage switchgear reduce cost of leak test, after analysis of five methods of leak test for aluminum casting enclosure of SF6 high voltage switchgear,set up a system leak test for aluminum casting enclosure of SF6 high voltage switchgear.This system leak test avail oneself of advantage in aluminum casting supplier and factory of high voltage switchgear,increase efficiency economic performance of leak test.
