摘要
分析了电力设备中SF6气体微水含量的各种测量方法,阐述了露点法的优势。介绍了采用露点法进行SF6微水含量测量的变送器原理以及现场应用时所采取的温度补偿措施及实施效果,验证了露点法作为高压开关绝缘体SF6水分测量的合理性。同时,还指出构成现场测量变送必须注意的两个问题。
In this paper,various measurement methods of SF6 gas moisture content in power equipment have been analyzed,and the advantage of the dew point method is described.The principle of SF6 gas moisture transmitter by dew point method,temperature compensation measures and implementation effect in field application are introduced,and the reasonableness of dew point method in measurement of SF6 gas moisture content in the high voltage switchgear is verified.Meanwhile,two important features of moisture transmitter are pointed out.
