摘要
研究了产品研发转型、人力资源创新升级等有关塑机科学发展创新开发中几个值得注意的方面,指出自主创新是塑料机械科学发展的根本。
Research on some noteworthy aspects such as transformation of product development,innovation and upgrading of human resources which are related to scientific development of plastic machinery innovation,pointing out that independent innovation is the fundamental scientific development of plastic machinery.
