技术创新资源投入与产出绩效的关联性研究——基于电子与通讯设备制造行业的面板数据分析

Technological Innovation Resources Input and Output Performance: An Empirical Analysis Based on the Panel Data of MIETE in China

技术创新资源投入与产出绩效的关系是学术界一直关注的焦点之一。在回顾分析国内外相关文献的基础上,基于我国电子与通讯设备制造业1995—2008年的面板数据,引入非R&D投入指标对以往的分析指标进行完善,建立新的理论模型,实证回归分析了技术创新资源投入与产出绩效的关系。结果表明:R&D经费投入和非R&D投入对产出绩效具有正向影响,尤其是对发明专利拥有量的影响十分显著;而R&D人员投入却对不同的产出绩效指标产生不同的影响。最后就进一步提高我国电子与通讯设备制造业的产出绩效提出了具有针对性的政策建议。

The relationship of technological innovation resources input and output performance is one of the important research focuses in academic field.Under an overview of the literature reviews,and based on the panel data of the manufacturing industry of electronic and telecommunications equipment（MIETE） from 1995 to 2008,this paper establishes new empirical model by adding non-RD input to improve the previous indicators of output performance to analyze the relationship.The results show that RD capital input and non-RD input on output performance have significant positive effects,especially for owning inventive patent.Moreover,RD personnel input have different effects on different indicators.Finally,this paper gives suggestions on how to improve the output performance of MIETE in China.
