集群形成中集群剩余的来源研究——基于沈阳市装备制造业集群的实证分析

Study on the Source of the Cluster Surplus in the Forming of the Cluster: Case Study of the Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Cluster in Shenyang

企业在集群内可以获得比集群外更多的竞争优势。对于企业而言,这种竞争优势的获得表现为企业获得的超额利润;对于产业集群整体而言,这种集群的超额收益表现为集群剩余。这种集群剩余的获得又可以归结为企业加入集群的利益动机,成为集群形成发展的一个物质基础。通过对沈阳市装备制造业集群的集群剩余研究,分析了产业集群不同发展阶段集群剩余的存在,而不同程度的集群剩余又成为了集群内企业相互合作的隐性契约关系的基础。此外,还可以利用集群剩余对集群内企业进行规制,进行集群治理。

Enterprises in the cluster could get more competitive advantages than the outside,which means that the enterprises could get much more profit than the normal in the cluster,and which also means that it contains some cluster surplus in the cluster,which may be the attractive factors for the enterprises to join the cluster.In this paper,we want to find the cluster surplus by analyzing the equipment manufacturing industry＇s cluster in Shenyang City.According to the research,we can find that the existence of the clusters surplus can also be the foundation of cooperation with the enterprises in the cluster,and which will also be an effective way to regulate the behaviors of the enterprises in cluster.
