摘要
在企业战略变革过程中,作为企业战略性资源的企业家认知会直接影响企业战略变革决策过程及其价值效果,而组织知识结构会对企业家认知与企业战略变革关系产生中介作用。鉴于此,借鉴管理学、心理学、社会学等多学科理论和观点,从反事实思维、情感注入、归因风格、规划谬误及承诺升级等五个方面,系统分析了企业家认知、组织知识结构与企业战略变革之间关系的内在作用机制和影响机理。
In the course of corporation strategic change,as one of the firms' strategic resources,entrepreneurial cognition will have a direct influence on corporation strategic change,and at the same time,organizational knowledge structure that is the sources of competitive advantage,will mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial cognition and corporation strategic change.In view of the above,by drawing on the related theories and perspective from management,psychology and sociology etc.,the paper systematically analyzes the acting mechanisms on the relationship among entrepreneurial cognition,organizational knowledge structure and corporation strategic change from five aspects,including counter-factual thinking,affect infusion,attributional style,planning fallacy and escalation of commitment.
