摘要
根据工艺装备情况,通过成分、工艺、组织与性能之间的关系研究,合理设计成分及工艺,成功地在济钢中板厂批量生产了不同规格的L360管线钢板。结果表明,所生产的各规格钢板工艺性能稳定,完全符合用户的要求。
By means of technic and equipment, Studies the relationships between composition, process and performance, designs reasonable composition and technics, successfully mass produces several spee of L360 pipeline plate in Plate Plant of Jinan Steel. The outcome proves that all plates perform well and meet customer＇ s demands.
