摘要
本文主要针对目前《建设项目环境风险评价技术导则》(HJ/T169-2004),对于大、中型项目尾矿库环境风险评价工作可操作性差,只能停留在定性分析的层面上,存在诸多具体评价方法及计算模式不适应的问题,重点从尾矿库环境风险评价方法及计算模式方面进行探讨研究,给出定量化的评价方法及计算模式。
In connection with the problems of technical guidelines for environment risk （H J/T169-2004） ,environment risk assessment work operability about large and medium-sized tailing pond, only remained in the qualitative level, there are some inadaptable problems of specific evaluation and calculation mode. Focus on studying and researching on evaluation methods and calculation mode of tailing pond environment risk, giving quantitative method of evaluation and calculation mode.
