The features and necessity of offshore aera coverage are discussed briefly,then the seas area＇s wireless propagation model and link budget are also discussed.The paper offered the solutions of seas area covered by base station,and analyzed the base station address selection,antenna selection,the technical means of improving super-far coverage,the supporting construction of island＇s base station with emphasis.
