介绍了基于等离子发光原理,研制完成的等离子体发射光谱法物质成分分析装置,并对其机构、性能及用途加以阐述。
The paper introduced the principle of plasma luminescence,demonstrated the material composition analysis system based on the method of plasma luminescence spectrum.All of the components of the system are described deeply and the functions of each component are given in detail.
