经左、右桡动脉途径行选择性冠状动脉和肾动脉造影的效果比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较经左、右桡动脉途径进行选择性冠状动脉和肾动脉造影的效果。方法 55例在我院进行选择性冠状动脉和肾动脉造影的患者,按照介入径路随机分为左桡动脉组(27例)和右桡动脉组(28例),应用5FTerumo左右共用型冠状动脉造影导管依次行选择性冠状动脉造影和双侧肾动脉造影,比较它们的手术操作时间、X线暴露时间、成功率、并发症发生率。结果两组的手术操作时间、X线暴露时间、选择性冠状动脉造影成功率和并发症发生率均无差异统计学意义(P>0.05),而经左桡动脉途径行选择性肾动脉造影成功率明显高于经右桡动脉途径,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经左桡动脉途径行选择性冠状动脉和肾动脉造影成功率高,安全可行,可作为临床上需同时行选择性冠状动脉造影和肾动脉造影患者的首选介入径路。
