摘要
利用自行设计的外热式回转窑热解试验装置系统,对广泛存在于生物质及城市固体废弃物中的木块进行了热解试验,考察了木块在回转窑内的温度变化、木块含水率及粒度对热解过程的影响以及热解过程中气体成分及热值的变化。
An experimental system for the external heated rotary kiln was developed,a series of pyrolysis trials of wood chips,which widely exist in both biomass and municipal solid waste,have been done.The variations of the kiln wall and the freeboard temperature were measured,the effects of the moisture content and the size of the wood chips on pyrolysis were studied and discussed.At last,the variations of composition and the heating value of the pyrolysis gas were studied.
