摘要
针对目前无线射频识别RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)技术在仓储管理应用推广中的局限性,提出了采用图像技术实现仓库货物检测与计量。设计了一种三层结构的图像中间件模式,对其各组成部分的构成与作用做了详细说明。通过所集成的仓储管理系统在某石化公司的现场测试,对图像中间件的准确性、高效性与可扩展性进行了验证。
As for the promotion limit of the current radio frequency identification technology in storage management,an idea to implement goods detection and measurement in warehouse with image technology is brought forward. A three-layered image middleware is designed; its various components and their roles are given detailed descriptions. Through a test with the integrated storage management system in a petrochemical company's field,the accuracy,efficiency and scalability of the image middleware are validated.
